Welcome to Madison Carpet Cleaning, Shiloh’s premier, family-owned, and operated carpet and upholstery care specialist. For over 24 years, our family has been dedicated to serving the families and businesses of Shiloh, IL, with a simple, guiding mission: “Transforming homes and businesses with exceptional cleaning services and genuine care.”
Founded in 2000 by Randy and Carolyn Madison, we are not a faceless national franchise. We are your neighbors, based right here in the St. Louis Metro East (in nearby Belleville), and we are deeply invested in the communities we serve. We have watched Shiloh grow from a quiet village into one of the most desirable and fastest-growing suburbs in the region. We understand the pride Shiloh residents take in their homes, from the historic bungalows near Main Street to the beautiful, new traditional homes in subdivisions like Greystone Estates, The Summit of Shiloh, and Wingate.
We also have a special appreciation for the vital role Shiloh plays in our national defense as the proud home of Scott Air Force Base. We are honored to serve the hundreds of military families who call this community home, whether for a few years or a lifetime.
In a community that values family, safety, and quality, Madison Carpet Cleaning has been the trusted choice for over two decades. We’ve built our reputation on reliability, honesty, and a level of clean you can’t get from anyone else.
We are part of the Shiloh community. Randy and Carolyn Madison built this business on the core values of honesty and integrity. We treat your home with the same respect we treat our own.
Your family’s health is our top priority. We use only non-toxic, biodegradable, and eco-friendly cleaning solutions. They are powerful on dirt but completely safe for your children, pets, and the air you breathe.
We know that life happens. Whether it’s a burst pipe, a major spill, or an urgent pet accident, our team is on call 24/7 to serve the Shiloh community.
We stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will return and make it right, free of charge.
Shiloh is renowned for its beautiful parks and green spaces, like the historic Engelmann Farm Park and Shiloh Community Park. While this natural beauty is a huge part of the village’s charm, it also means that seasonal allergens are a major concern. Pollen from trees, grasses, and ragweed, combined with Illinois’ humid climate, can lead to a high concentration of mold spores, dust mites, and pet dander trapped inside your home.
Your carpet acts as the largest air filter in your house. It does a fantastic job of trapping these airborne pollutants. However, like any filter, it eventually becomes full and can no longer do its job. A standard vacuum cleaner can only remove the top layer of surface dirt and fails to extract the deeply embedded allergens.
This is where our professional service becomes essential for your family’s health. Our hot water extraction process uses high-temperature water (killing 99.9% of bacteria) and a powerful, truck-mounted vacuum to flush these microscopic contaminants out of your home for good. This dramatically improves your home’s indoor air quality, creating a healthier breathing environment for everyone, especially children and those with allergies or asthma.
We offer a full suite of services designed to care for your entire home or business. Learn more on our Services Page.
This is our signature service. We restore the beauty and softness of your carpets, removing tough stains and matted-down traffic lanes in your high-traffic family home. Our deep-cleaning process extends the life of your carpet, protecting your investment.
We have deep respect for our military community. We are experts in providing fast, reliable, and thorough move-in and move-out carpet cleaning services for military families relocating to or from Scott AFB. We know the high standards required for inspections and are here to make your transition as smooth as possible.
Shiloh’s commercial centers, like Green Mount Crossing, see a high volume of foot traffic. We proudly serve Shiloh’s local businesses, medical offices (like those near Memorial Hospital East), and commercial properties. A clean, professional environment is essential for your customers and employees. We offer flexible, after-hours scheduling to minimize any disruption to your operations.
We are a pet-friendly company and true specialists in pet accident remediation. As a proud supporter of local humane societies, we know that pet stains are more than just a surface problem. We don’t just mask odors; our specialized, enzymatic treatments attack the source of the odor, destroying the urine crystals and bacteria to permanently eliminate the stain and the smell.
Your furniture is where your family gathers. Our technicians are trained to safely clean a wide variety of upholstery fabrics, removing built-up body oils, food spills, dust, and allergens from your sofas, armchairs, and dining room chairs.
Don’t spend hours on your hands and knees scrubbing dirty grout! Our high-pressure tile and grout cleaning system blasts away years of built-up grime, soap scum, and mildew from your kitchen, bathroom, and entryway floors, restoring their original luster.
From its historic roots as “Three Springs” to the vibrant, family-focused community it is today, Shiloh is a place of quality. Our family is committed to matching that quality with every job we do. We are proud to be the cleaning partner that Shiloh residents trust, year after year. To learn more about the family behind the business, please visit our About Us Page.
