Welcome to Madison Carpet Cleaning, the trusted, family-owned choice for homeowners and businesses in O’Fallon, Illinois. For over 24 years, our team has been dedicated to restoring the beauty and health of homes throughout the St. Louis Metro East. We are not a distant, impersonal franchise; we are your neighbors, founded just down the road in Belleville by Randy and Carolyn Madison in 2000. Our mission is simple: “Transforming homes and businesses with exceptional cleaning services and genuine care.”
We understand the pride O’Fallon residents take in their homes. As one of the fastest-growing and most desirable communities in the region, O’Fallon is a place of beautiful neighborhoods, top-tier schools, and a vibrant community spirit. From the historic homes in the downtown core to the new, growing subdivisions, you deserve a cleaning partner who respects your home and delivers uncompromising quality. We are proud to serve the entire O’Fallon community, including the dedicated military families of Scott Air Force Base, with a standard of service that is second to none.
Choosing a carpet cleaner isn’t just about getting out a few spots; it’s about trusting someone with the health and comfort of your home. Here is why Madison Carpet Cleaning has been O’Fallon’s go-to specialist for over two decades.
Randy and Carolyn Madison built this company from the ground up on a foundation of integrity and community. When you call us, you’re supporting a local business that pours its heart back into the St. Louis Metro East area.
As a family-focused company, your safety is our non-negotiable priority. We use only eco-friendly, non-toxic, and biodegradable cleaning solutions. They are powerful against dirt but completely safe for your children, pets, and the air you breathe.
We stand behind our work with confidence. If you are not completely thrilled with the results of our service, simply call us, and we will return to make it right at no additional charge.
We know that disasters don’t wait for business hours. That’s why we offer 24/7 emergency cleaning services for those unexpected spills, pet accidents, or water issues.
Living in O’Fallon means enjoying beautiful parks and green spaces, but it also means dealing with a high concentration of seasonal allergens. Local health reports show that from the tree pollen (oak, maple, hickory) in the spring to the grass pollen in summer and the potent ragweed in the fall, allergens are a year-round battle.
This is where your carpet plays a crucial, and often overlooked, role. Your carpet acts as the largest air filter in your home, trapping dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and other pollutants. This is good, as it keeps them out of the air you breathe. However, just like any filter, it eventually becomes full and must be professionally cleaned.
A standard vacuum cleaner, even a good one, can only remove the top layer of surface dirt. It cannot extract the deeply embedded allergens. Our hot water extraction process is the solution. It flushes these trapped pollutants out of your home for good, dramatically improving your indoor air quality. If your family suffers from allergies or asthma, a regular professional deep cleaning from our team isn’t a luxury—it’s a vital part of maintaining a healthy home environment.
We offer a full suite of services to clean, restore, and protect nearly every surface in your home or business.
This is our signature service. We bring new life to your carpets, whether you’re in a high-traffic family home or a quiet condo. Our process removes deep-seated soil, eliminates stains, and revitalizes matted-down fibers, leaving your carpets looking and feeling fresh, soft, and new.
O’Fallon’s vibrant business community deserves to put its best foot forward. We provide flexible and reliable commercial carpet cleaning for offices, retail stores, and other facilities. We work around your schedule to minimize downtime and ensure your workspace is clean, professional, and welcoming for your clients and employees.
Your furniture is where your family relaxes. Over time, sofas and armchairs accumulate body oils, food crumbs, dust, and allergens. Our technicians are trained to safely clean a wide variety of upholstery fabrics, lifting away grime and restoring your furniture’s comfort and beauty.
We love pets! But we also know they can be tough on carpets. As proud supporters of local humane societies, we are specialists in pet accident remediation. We don’t just mask odors; we use specialized enzymatic treatments that attack and destroy the odor-causing bacteria at their source, permanently removing the stain and the smell.
Are your grout lines looking dark and dirty? Don’t spend a weekend on your hands and knees scrubbing. Our high-pressure tile and grout cleaning system blasts away years of built-up grime, soap scum, and mildew from your kitchen and bathroom floors, leaving them sanitized and sparkling.
From modern decor rugs to delicate heirlooms, your area rugs require specialized care. We offer professional cleaning for all types of area rugs, including convenient pickup and drop-off services for O’Fallon residents.
