Welcome to Madison Carpet Cleaning, Belleville’s most trusted, family-owned, and operated floor and upholstery care specialist. For over 24 years, residents and business owners in Belleville, IL, have relied on our team to restore, refresh, and revitalize their living and working spaces. We understand that your home is your sanctuary. That’s why we are dedicated to providing a service that not only cleans your carpets but also creates a healthier, happier environment for you and your family.
Founded right here in Belleville in 2000 by Randy and Carolyn Madison, our company was built on a simple vision: to offer honest, reliable, and exceptional cleaning services to our neighbors. We are not a faceless franchise; we are your neighbors. We are deeply rooted in the St. Clair County community and are proud to serve the families and businesses that make Belleville a wonderful place to live. When you call Madison Carpet Cleaning, you’re calling a local expert who treats your home with the same care and respect as our own.
When you have so many choices for carpet cleaning, why should you choose us? The difference is in our commitment to quality, our community, and your complete satisfaction.
We’re not just based in Belleville; we started here. Randy and Carolyn Madison built this business from one truck to the premier service it is today, all while remaining dedicated to the St. Louis Metro East area.
Your family’s health is our top priority. We exclusively use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning solutions that are powerful on stains but completely safe for your children, pets, and the environment.
We stand behind our work. If you are not 100% satisfied with the results of our service, simply let us know, and we will return to make it right, free of charge.
With Madison Carpet Cleaning, there are no hidden fees, surprise charges, or confusing bait-and-switch tactics. We provide clear, honest pricing before any work begins.
We offer a full suite of cleaning solutions designed to meet all your home and business needs. We have the expertise to handle everything from historic homes in the Oakland district to modern offices near Scott Air Force Base.
Your home’s carpets are a major investment and act as the biggest air filter in your house, trapping dirt, dust, pollen, and other allergens. Our residential carpet cleaning service is our flagship offering. We use our signature hot water extraction process to flush deep-seated contaminants from the base of your carpet fibers, leaving them fresh, clean, and fast-drying. This method is proven to eliminate 99.9% of bacteria and allergens, significantly improving your home’s indoor air quality.
First impressions matter. A clean, well-maintained office, retail space, or facility reflects your business’s professionalism. We provide scheduled maintenance and deep cleaning services for commercial clients throughout Belleville. We understand the unique demands of high-traffic areas and work efficiently to minimize any disruption to your operations.
Your furniture is just as important as your flooring. Our technicians are skilled in cleaning a wide variety of fabrics, from durable synthetics to delicate natural fibers. We can safely and effectively clean your sofas, armchairs, mattresses, and dining room chairs, removing built-up body oils, food stains, and dust, restoring their beauty and extending their life.
As a proud supporter of the Belleville Area Humane Society, we know that pets are family. But we also know they can be tough on carpets. We are specialists in pet odor and stain removal. Unlike basic cleaners that just mask odors, our deep-cleaning process and specialized enzymatic treatments attack the source of the odor, destroying urine crystals and bacteria to permanently eliminate the stain and the smell.
Don’t spend hours on your hands and knees with a scrub brush. Our powerful high-pressure cleaning system can restore the original luster to your tile and grout lines. We blast away years of built-up grime, soap scum, and mildew from your kitchen floors, bathroom tiles, and entryways, leaving them sanitized and sparkling.
Area rugs, especially fine or antique rugs, require a special touch. We offer professional area rug cleaning, including convenient pickup and delivery services for our Belleville customers. We treat each rug with individual care to protect its delicate fibers and vibrant colors.
For over 24 years, we’ve been proud to serve every corner of Belleville. We understand the unique character and diverse needs of our city. Our team has experience cleaning the beautiful historic homes in the Old Belleville, Hexenbuckel, and Oakland historic districts, taking special care to protect older floors and materials. We also serve the bustling families in newer subdivisions, the dedicated military personnel and their families at Scott Air Force Base, and the proud business owners along Historic Main Street.
Our commitment to Belleville goes beyond our cleaning services. As a local business, we believe in giving back. We actively support local food banks, participate in school partnerships, and contribute to community events that make St. Clair County a better place for everyone.
Our service area extends throughout the region. If you live in or near any of the following communities, you are part of the Madison Carpet Cleaning family:
